Finding Bethsaida?

Researchers at one of the two potential sites of Bethsaida, originally the home of Simon Peter, Andrew and Philip (John 1:44) believe they’ve nailed down the location by discovering an ancient church.

According to news released this week, the discovery of an Eighth-Century church strengthens the claim their site has to be the birthplace of three of Jesus’ disciples, and the site of many of Jesus’ miracles.
